2023 CSSEA AGM and Conference - October 25-27

Welcome to sunny and beautiful Kelowna! After six years away, CSSEA is excited to be bringing the conference back to the picturesque Okanagan. This year's conference, entitled "Future: Bright" pays homage to our host city and also acknowledges that, despite much uncertainty over the past few years, the sector has a lot to look forward to. This year's keynote speaker is a locally-based and internationally-recognized psychotherapist, whose expertise examines "where the mind meets science." As a researcher who has studed with monks and worked with top leaders, Fred Sarkari will share his unique perspectives on the workings of the human mind, sharing his expertise on how employers can understand human behaviour and effect positive change. Other sessions that will educate and inspire include those that cover leadership, adaptability and diversity. We invite you to join us for three days of professional development and networking with colleagues and friends, old and new!
