For more than two decades, the CSBT has been providing employee benefit plans to Canadian organizations that focus on supporting the most vulnerable people in our society, while enhancing the social well-being and strength of Canada’s communities, and while promoting equality and opportunity. Through the ongoing partnership with GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions (CSBT’s third-party administrator) we’ve been able to deliver the best products, services, and education to nearly 2,000 agencies from coast to coast, supporting more than 50,000 employees and their families.
Unlike traditional insurers, our focus goes beyond typical employee benefit products – we strive to ensure all participating member organizations have the tools needed to ensure their employees have the support they deserve, so they can continue to support those in need day after day.
The CSBT board of trustees brings well over 300 years of combined experience in the community services industry, and they ensure that GroupHEALTH understands the uniqueness of the work our members do every day. The exceptional nature of this program has allowed us to be not only one of the largest non-profit benefit programs in Canada, but also one of the fastest growing!
